Membership Levels & Dues
Choose the membership level that best fits your connection to NC A&T and the DFW Aggie community.
Chapter Member
A chapter member shall be an alumnus or alumna of the University. This member must pay annual chapter dues to be in good standing. Chapter members have voting rights and are eligible to hold elected office.
Associate Member
An Associate Member is a non-alumnus or non-alumna who wishes to participate in chapter activities. Associate Members are entitled to the same benefits as other members except holding elected positions.
First Year Graduate Member
A first year graduate member is defined as an A&T graduate who graduated in May 2026 or December 2025.

Membership is more than paying dues. Join a committee and use your time, talents, and ideas to help the chapter serve alumni, students, and the DFW community.
Communications Committee
Leads a consistent and effective communication strategy to engage all stakeholders, ensuring clear messaging for programs, events, fundraising, and overall branding. This committee partners with chapter leadership to maintain a strong digital and social media presence, keeping members and the community informed and inspired.
Membership Committee
Oversees all aspects of membership by recruiting new members, retaining current members, and enhancing the overall membership experience. The committee ensures that every member feels welcomed, informed, and connected to the mission and activities of the chapter.
Scholarship Committee
Manages the development and execution of scholarship programs, including setting criteria, reviewing applications, and awarding funds. This committee also collaborates with NC A&T State University to identify and support local students with financial need.
Student Recruitment Committee
Designs and implements recruitment strategies to increase the number of students from the DFW area attending NC A&T State University. Responsibilities include coordinating the chapter’s presence at local college and career fairs and expanding the network of certified alumni recruiters.
Fundraising Committee
Develops creative and sustainable revenue streams to support chapter operations and student scholarships. This committee spearheads campaigns, partnerships, and events to ensure financial growth and impact.
Community Service Committee
Plans and organizes volunteer initiatives and service projects that align with the university’s values and mission. This committee connects the chapter with local organizations and causes, fostering a culture of giving back and making a positive difference in the community.
Social Committee
Creates and hosts engaging events that strengthen connections among members and foster a vibrant Aggie spirit within the DFW community. This committee ensures that chapter activities are enjoyable, inclusive, and reflect Aggie pride and traditions.

Membership Levels & Dues
Chapter Member - $75
